There are three convenient methods for course registration:

Call us at (801) 957.5200, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and speak with a real live person! Our friendly staff will be happy to explain the options, answer your questions, and get you signed up for one of our courses.

Click HERE to download a registration form. Fill it in and either fax or mail it to our registration office (details are on the form). A staff member will give you a call to finalize arrangements and confirm your registration. Please be sure to give us a phone number where you can be reached during normal business hours.
